Story

Hello! I'm Luiza, an Infant Feeding Coach TM, breastfeeding counsellor and peer supporter located here in Brighton, UK. My services are available in person to parents in Brighton and Hove  + 10 miles and via online video call nationally and internationally.

You can reach me for feeding support privately through home visits, my own weekly play group at The Barn in Westdene and Brazilian Saturday Club (Clube dos Sabias). I also volunteer for the NHS at the Saltdean Lido Bumps 2 Babies group, Hangleton's Family Hub Milk-Drop In and Royal Sussex County Hospital post-natal ward.

Proud mum of Marcia, the cheeky girl above born in 2023. When we experienced our own feeding challenges, I was lucky to find support of local IBCLC Carla Mastroianni and her then Milky Life weekly group. This powerful combination of 1-2-1 support and the community of like minded mums turned around, not only my feeding journey, but also my mental health.

Inspired to expand the same life-line to other parents in need, I started re-training first with the NHS and later with the Infant Feeding Academy, ran by local IBCLC Dee Bell. I am currently training to become an accredited tongue-tie assessor.
